Hello Alex,
the RS terminals are for an outdoor or indoor remote temperature sensors. They can be ignored as they will not be needed or used by the Nest thermostat.

So I can go ahead and use those wires on the right side and connect them to my new nest thermostat you say ignore the RS wires. What should I do with them? Push them into the wall thanks for your help. I've been trying to figure this out for three days.

Alex,
If you have enough slack in the cable, pull it out a few inches and wrap the unused RS wires around the cable itself and slide the cable back in the hole in the wall.
