Why is my wiring not compatible?

 The app is saying that this system is not compatible. Does anyone know why or what I can do to make it compatible? The C says it is optional with batteries.

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats.

I checked your thermostat wires, which are fortunately compatible with only the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation and should be wired to the Nest Learning Thermostat as shown: 

Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Learning Thermostat.
