I have had my nest thermostat V3 operating for several months with no issues until three days ago when I got a disconnect notification. I have been unable to reconnect after all of the recommended troubleshooting steps. Any ideas?

How do you have your Nest wired?
Is there a C wire installed?

No I do not. However, I have been in touch with Google support and they say there is a hardware problem and are sending me another thermostat. Thank-you for reaching out!
