Been having the W5 error message for months now. Gone through the troubleshooting and reset multiple times with no success and there seems to be no way to contact customer support. Please help. Thank you

I have the same problem and it’s driving me mad. Wi-Fi is working in my home so it’s definitely the thermostat

I raised a support ticket over a week ago and have had NO repsonse from them, I'm starting to get a bit grumpy. Think it my be time to move over to Tado or Hive
