WiFi connected but "We couldn't save your changes Try again."

System worked well for almost 2 years using T-Mobile Internet Gateway but since switching to Cox Internet Gateway, I get the message Indicated in the title. I have reset device, gateway, I have tried connecting with an Android tablet, Android phone. I tried using a hotspot from phone.

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues trying to connect the thermostat to your new Wi-Fi network. But don't worry I'm here to help. I just need to ask you some information:

 

  1. What type of thermostat do you have? 
  2. Did you process a factory reset or a soft reset on the thermostat?
  3. Can your thermostat see the name of the new WiFi network?
  4. Do you see an error code while you are trying to connect the thermostat to the WiFi network?

Please with this information, I can provide more targeted troubleshooting steps for the WiFi connection issue.
