WiFi issue with nest

My app for Nest says it’s offline. Thermostat says it’s online. I have deleted app and reinstalled. Shut off phone and restarted. Not sure what else to do. Can someone advise?

We have the same problem. Nest app says thermostat is offline. But it is actually online, as was able to access the main thermostat thru GoogleHome- however cannot access sensors. It seems the data on GoogleHome appeared at same time the thermostat went offline on the Nest app.

I also deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same with phone. Restarted thermostat, also relinked it to network.

Let me know if you find a solution.

I took the thermostat off and charged it. That did the trick- now the app works.
