I have a Gen3 Nest and I cannot get it to connect to the WiFi and therefore I cant change the heating settings. I have gone through the multitude of reset/restart recommendations from Nest but still no luck. I am unable to find any contact details to speak to someone. What are my next steps?

Just to add. It used to be connected, we havent changed our WiFI during the time and it just randomly disconnected and now does not show any WiFi options
