Hello 

my nest thermostat is not connecting to wifi i have try everything not working

Thanks for posting in the community. I understand your Nest Thermostat isn't connecting to your Wi-Fi, and you've already tried some troubleshooting steps, which I appreciate. Don't worry, I'd be more than glad to assist you. To help with that, I have some questions:

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Please visit the following article to identify the model: How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
  • When you try to connect your Nest Thermostat to your Wi-Fi, is there an error code on your thermostat display? If so, what exactly does it say?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near your Nest Thermostat?
  • How far is your Nest Thermostat from your router? 
  • Can your Nest Thermostat find or detect other networks?
  • Could you list the troubleshooting steps you already tried? 

Please let me know the answer to these questions.
