Wifi stopped working on my Google Nest Gen 3 thermostat. It worked fine since I purchased it about 1 year ago. I've have a message saying 'nest.com/w5'. I went through the troubleshooting list (and others) but a restart reports the same mssg. The thermostat cannot see any wifi APs when searching. I live in a condo community so there should be several on the search list. All other wifi in the house works. Looks like the wifi in the thermostat has gone bad. What do I do from here?

Thank you for your response. The troubleshooting guide for W5 did not resolve the issue so I contacted live support. They are sending me a replacement.
