Will Google Nest Learning Thermostat Work With My Wiring (C, R, I-, I+)?

Sorry, I'm new to HVAC, and know nothing about thermostat compatibility.  My thermostat isn't labeled 110V or 120V so I think I'm good there.  But, when I look at the wiring chart in the compatibility checker, two of my wires are not listed I-, and I+.

Can anyone help me?

It may be possible to replace with a Nest Thermostat but isn't simple to do. Another user wrote a good summary:
