Will a jumper work work with nest (W1/OB

Will I be able to use a jumper for W1/OB?

or is my system not compatible

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. Nest Thermostats didn't use any jumper wires. To further check the compatibility of your system to the Nest Thermostats, could you please share a photo of your HVAC control board where the wires originally connected?
