@Jared4 , Yes indeed your wires and HVAC can be supported by a Nest Thermostat. Your current thermostat has a small wire jumper between Rh and Rc. You can ignore this jumper. Your wire are as follows:
Red wire will go to Nest R or Rc.
The White wire will go to Nest W or W1.
The Blue wire will go to Nest Y or Y1.
The Green wire will go to Nest G.
On conventional HVAC systems, the R is the 24 VAC power.
The Y/Y1 are for Compressor relay control
The W/W1 are for the Heating system control
The G is for the indoor blower fan control.
