Will not connect to WIFI

Have tried for over a week to get my thermostat to connect to the wifi as we upgraded to fiber so we have a new modem and router the thermostat will not connect to the wifi I have rest the thermostat numerous times and the wifi router and modem 3 times everything else in the house connects but the 2 theromstats that we have

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  • How far is your Nest Thermostat from the router?
  • Are you getting any messages when it fails to connect?

I get the following when trying to find the wifi

very frustrating to say the least.
