You apparently have a have heat pump system. You can ignore the jumper wires. To install and use a Nest Thermostat you need to connect your wires as follows:
Wire going to Rc and Rc, place on Nest R/Rc.
Wire going to G to Nest G
Wire going to Y to Nest Y1/Y.
Wire going to O to Nest O/B.
Your setup will be Heat Pump, no auxiliary heat. After installed, test your system. Place the Nest on Cool, and then see if cool air come out of the registers. If not, message back and I will tell you how to change the Heat Pump form O model to a B model.

@jonniebb , if you are getting hot air when you turn on COOLING, your heat pump is probably a B model. You need to change this setting. Wake up your Nest and select SETTINGS, then select EQUIPMENT, then select HEAT PUMP. Next you will see type O or B. You need to change it form O to B or B to O. What ever the current setting is just choose the opposite.
