My current thermostat has 4 wires (W,G, RH & Y with jumper going from RH to RC, with an electric furnace will the nest learning thermostat will work with this wiring?

Your system (as listed) does not have a C (common) wire. Nest thermostats often will work without it, but it is much better if they have one.
You can always check the Compatibility Checker to verify.
