Wiring Issues with Trane HVAC

I have a Trane TWE049E13FB2 and cannot get the wiring correct for my Nest Leaning Thermostat

the old thermostat wiring has 

G - Blue 

W1 - Brown

W2 - Orange

Y2 - Yellow/black

Y - Yellow

Rc - Red

HVAC connections are 

G - Blue 

W1 - Brown

W2 - Orange 

Y - Yellow

Y1 - Yellow/Black

cant read this label looks like B something.  Red wire 

I have tried connecting it also with a Nest Power connector which I read it needed but it’s not working 

the fan runs at a very high speed when I turn the heat on and it’s nit charging the thermostat at all

any help would be appreciated.  Thx

Could you share with us photos of your old and current thermostat's wiring? Do you see a C wire connected on your HVAC control board? If possible if you could also share a photo of it. Also, please check your thermostat's power readouts in its "Technical Info" settings.
