Wiring Upgrading from Sensi with W/E to Nest Learning

I am replacing a Emerson Sensi that has a white wire to the W/E. On the nest thermostat W and E are separate. What is the correct place to install the wire? The system is a Electric Heat Pump.

Hi spmccaff,

Thanks for reaching out. You can put your white wire to the W terminal of your Nest Thermostat and make sure that you program it correctly during the set up.

Thanks,

Edward
