I went through the set up and got as far as the wiring which I was told to contact Nest support to confirm compatibility. Based on what I’ve found X2 is the same as W2 but the set up still said I needed to contact support. We loved our Nest thermostat at out last house and really want and need one in this house. Current thermostat sucks

Try this wiring.

Black - X2 to * (set as emergency heat)

White - W1 to W2/AUX (set as AUX heat)

Red - RC to Rc (jumper to R not needed)

Orange - O to OB

Yellow - Y to Y1

Green - G to G

Blue - B to C

Do a reset to factory defaults before you set it up again
