Wiring compatible for the google nest thermostat? Also have a yellow and white wire not connected.

Trying to see if my wires are compatible with the google nest thermostats, blue is usually the common wire but in my case it seems to be green. And only three wires are connected but there is also a white and yellow wire hiding in the back.

Wire labels such as 1 2 3 and 4 indicate a proprietary system. Proprietary systems usually only work with thermostats made by the same manufacturer. But some proprietary systems may also have the option to use standard heating system wires. Contact a local pro and have them check if your proprietary system can be rewired to be Nest compatible.
