Wiring guidance from a White Rogers to Nest

Hi there

The wiring on this White Rogers seems a little odd given the W/E wire. Also there is a lack of a C.

Any ideas if this will work with the Nest Learning Thermostat?

Thank you for taking the time in letting us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

In the future, you might need to have a C wire or a Nest Power Connector to avoid power issues. But based on the wire setup from your thermostat, it'll still be compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat. To be sure, could you please tell us the make and model of your equipment? Also, do you have an emergency heater?
