Hi there, thanks for reaching out. The Nest Thermostat E has a "Do it yourself" type of installation. That means that you don't need an installer. I'll leave you here a video about the installation, but the steps should appear on your app once you start installing it. The Nest Thermostat E needs to be added to the Nest app so you can use it.
