Had nest installed for just over 2 years now and for no reason, the heat link is dead. Best device says h72 error. How can I get a replacement please?

Thanks in advance

How many zones are present in your setup?
Were there any power outages lately?

Check for all the breaker switches to be on.
Turn the breaker switches off and then on again.
Turn on manual mode. (press on the button of the Heat Link)
