Hello. I received the Nest power connector. To connect the 2 wires is not a problem .. The 3 wires that connect to my panel is what I need help with. I see a (Z)C and an (Z)R to connect the Nest connector but I do not see a W on my box. Does the W WIRE need to be attached??? My system is a for HEAT ONLY. I will be attaching a picture of my electrical control box. Please note that my thermostat works without the Nest Power Adapter. My thermostat display does ÑOT stay on nor does the display go on when someone passes or approaches the installed thermostat. That for your help. Don't know if photo of my electrical box was attached. Unable to attach. Please advise. Thanks.

I hooked up the connector that was supplied by Google still no good. I finally went out and purchased a quality 24 volt adapter to hook up to the nest thermostat. If I knew I had to do that I would not have purchased the nest. It said two wires okay to connect and it was nothing but a big headache

Hey Pter,
With the adapter are you seeing everything work correctly for you now?
Thanks,
Jeff

The parts supplied by Google connected to the boiler was not good enough. Follow instructions still didn't work. Recommended by someone else I purchase a 24 volt adapter and connected directly to the thermostat has worked don't know why I have to spend extra money to make a thermostat work when it was supposed to work with my system as stated in the ad not very happy with that

Hi Pter,
I recognize how that can be frustrating, for sure. Now that you have all the parts in place, is everything still working reliably for you? Have you had any more troubles? If so, let me know and we can keep looking at this.
Thanks,
Jeff
