Wiring question

Hello,

I live in a building with 60 apartments.  There is one common heating furnace. Ther is no cooling, heat only.  Heating is forced hot water baseboard radiator.  There is a valve on the hot water pipe.  There are only two wires at the thermostat.  When needed the thermostat closes (shorts) the two wires which open the valve and the hot water circulates (forced) through the baseboard radiators.

I installed the Nest Thermostat Model G4CVZ, SKU: GA02081-US.  A C-wire can not be added and the furnace logic board is not available, a common furnace for 60 apartments.  I am left with adding a seperate 24V AC C-Wire Transformer,  All digrams I find show the Nest thermostat mounting plate with 7 connections.

They are RC, RH, O/B, Y, G, W/E. C.

My mounting plate has 6 connectors.  They are Y, C, W, G, R, *OB.

If I take the two exsisting wires and put RED to R and WHITE to W, where would I put the two wires from the transformer?

I also see different transformers offered online, 12VAC 500mA, 24VAC 300mA, and 24VAC 410mA.  What is the current requirement of the Nest Thermostat?

THats a lot of info.  Any Advise is appreciated.  Thanks, Howard50
