Wiring the nest thermostat

• I’m replacing a two wire thermostat that simply connects to a relay that turns on a circulator. 
  The nest has 6 connections Y G C R W and  OB. 
  where do I connect the 24v wires
• and where do I connect to wires that go to relay?
