Won’t connect to Wi-Fi

Tried troubleshooting the nest and it still won’t connect to the internet. Everything else connects to the Wi-Fi except the Nest who won’t even recognize the network.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your thermostat that won't connect to your W-Fi network. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

Could you please tell us what Nest Thermostat model you have? Also, have you tried the steps in this guide? Also, could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried?
