Nest compatability

Hi - just moved into a new flat - want to replace the existing towerstat RS thermostat with a Nest.  Existing stat has red, yellow and blue wires.  Looks like :

Red (live) goes to 1

Yellow goes to 3

Blue to 4.

Is it possible to swap this with a Nest?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay. I'd love to know more about this. Could you share a photo of your current thermostat's wiring and HVAC's system control board? What is your HVAC's make and model? Also, you could try our compatibility checker to see if your current system is compatible with the Nest Thermostat.
