My Nest was working fine until Saturday when my internet went out. I had AT&T out to make sure it’s not my internet. It connected for a couple minutes when the tech was here. But went out again.
I run through the steps and when setting it up it doesn’t ask for language like it did before. It’s just flashing continue setup in app in English and Spanish. But it’s not working. Batteries are good.

@Highdiver, I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue reconnecting your Nest Thermostat in the Google Home app, and I appreciate all the steps you've taken. Let's sort this out.
If you were able to restart your thermostat by taking out the batteries for at least 3 minutes to refresh, proceed by adding your thermostat to the Google Home app to complete the set-up process.
