Works with Google Gree+ app Offline

Hey guys! My Gree+ app which is set up using the works with google option in the google home app. Is showing all my air cons as offline. These can be activated using the gree app and show up in the thermostat on the google home app. But I can’t for the life of me, to get them to come back online. They were all working perfectly a few weeks ago. Please help.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: were there any recent changes made before the issue started? What is the make and model of the phone that you are using for your Google Home app? When you use your speaker to control your devices are they working?

You can do a sequential reboot, first unplug your Nest speaker for 30 seconds then do the same thing on your WiFi router to refresh both devices and your WiFi signal.

Tried this… no luck. Also deleted the whole house and re added everything also no luck.

Thanks for the information and sorry that you are still experiencing the issue. Since NaturalHigh gave an update that it’s working on his end, could you try to unlink and relink it again and observe if this will work now?

Hello,

Same problem here.. i think it happend after update from gree+ app. When I look in settings on app now there is no connection for google assistant..only for Alexa .

Totally agree! I thought it’s would be an issue with Gree+ can google fox this?

Maybe google can motivate the people of gree+ to fix this in an update of their app..

Here everything still working ..did nothing special..  Logged in to gree ,updated google home an it worked.

@NaturalHigh, we appreciate the timed info. This may really be with Gree+ already since all this happened after the update.

 

@ReeseK, since others are working already, and you’ve tried most of the steps. Would it be possible for you to also contact Gree+ support for additional troubleshooting? Our expertise is for Nest speakers and the Home app. If the home app itself has the issue, then all the devices linked to the Home app should also be affected.

 

  • Note: the partner themselves manages the URL portal used to link partners in the Google Home app. Issues encountered when linking a partner (home control) should be directed to that home automation partner for support. Partners are expected to support the integration of their products with Google Nest and Home devices.

 

By the way, before contacting them, it would be helpful if you could do a sequential reboot starting with your Router, followed by your Nest speakers then your phone and see what happens.
