Worst customer service for google nest thermostat

Hi All,

I had a very worst customer service and no help from Google nest team on getting a spare parts for my die down Google nest Dial. The Google nest dial is dead now and I am patiently asking for a support on spare parts to replace the failed lcd but the reply I got from customer service team is very worst and rude. To the extent the customer service agent refuse to help me and abruptly disconnected the call. I am asking them to help me with spare parts as part of right to repair but they behaved rude and not helping to resolve the issue instead asking to spend again £200 to buy new one. I would like to make a formal complaint to resolve this nasty behaviour from customer service on handling issue. My case I'd is 2-4076000037440. Could anyone help me to raise a complaint find a solution to fix my thermostat dial lcd screen.

Not sure if we can help but I will send your post over to the Nest Community Specialists. Thank you for including that case number and sorry to hear they were unfriendly. Nest doesn't seem to have spare parts to sell or replace but let's get this escalated-

Thanks Jill. The customer service agent name is Irin or Ivy I am not able to recollect the name. I have submitted my contact form for the first time and got a call from Google and the agent who spoke to me initially said going to check with higher ups but the call got disconnected.  So, I called back to the same number and some new agent answered & it turned out to be  ugly by not giving proper response. Eventhough after giving my initial case ID the response from this new agent was rude.Thanks for helping me to escalate.
