Your A/C system likely failed to cool your home

Morning,

   This is the Walkers  in the last month and half the  A/C  has sent this msg out, I need to see why it doing this.   

 The temp in the house was at 78% down steps and up it was 79% .  We had the thermostat set at 74%, A/C seems to be running and it was getting warmer..    here is msg that I got from my NEST thermostat..  I need to know what we going to do about this.

When ours did that we had a coolant leak in our AC. It would kick on but not cooling.
