cant access my nest thermostat - old cell phone number

Hi I cant access my nest thermostat - old cell phone number on account and it asks for a 6 digit pin that was sent to that number.

My google account has been set to my current number.

Anything I can do?

Thanks for posting on the Google Nest Community. 

I'm afraid that if the phone number where the verification code is being sent to is non-existent, you have two options. I've listed them down:

1. If you could get a new phone that uses your old phone number from your mobile service provider, that would be great. 
2. If the option above does not work for you, you will need to reset the account connection settings of your thermostat then set it up on another email address. Please check the step by step guide here: https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp
