compatability to use a nest with 2 zone NTI boiler with infloor heat sensor

Trying to determine if the Nest will work with an NTI Boiler for radiant heat with 2 zones (could control second zone with 2nd thermostat if necessary, but would like to use 1 thermostat) with an in-floor heat sensor, and external temp sensor along with indoor temperature reading

None of the Nest thermostats are designed to be used with in-floor heating that uses an in-floor temperature sensor.

It seems Nest will work with the NTI boiler, but no additional sensors other than nest sensors. Not smart...
