connection to the base

the thermostat does not see the base, the base glows white, but there is no connection. the screen gives a technical error and does not connect

@Lilfera , The nest thermostat first generation uses a mechanical pin connection directly to the base plate. There is no software or micro code in it if this is not seeing the base plate or working, then you actually have a defective nest first generation display.
