controlling nest thermostat from iphone

For some unknown reason, my nest app just quit working. I have tried EVERYTHING, restarting everything, uninstalling and downloading new apps,  to get it back always with the same result.  I spins, shows the home logo, but nothing else. No temp controls etc. Then it automatically switches to  away for no reason even though it is turned off.   My google home only shows my remote speakers, as connected devices. Totally frustrated! I would just like to have this feature back.  Any help will be appreciated.   Thanks

Can you help me with the type of Nest Thermostat you have? Please make sure that you’re logged in to the correct account. If so, try checking other home structures.
