error code N261

installed new nest thermostat at first the cooling icon displayed on thermostat not heating then some wires were switchec around and heat display shows up not cooling. not sure what else to do since wires were not labeled when old thermostat was removed! getting N261 error code

Hey Annaciara,

 

I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. If you are getting a N261 error, that means you have low power to your C wire. Here is an article with more details.
