I am experiencing recurrent issues with my Nest thermostat, which has disconnected from the WiFi multiple times in a single day. Each time, I’ve had to reset the device to reestablish the connection. Additionally, the responsiveness of the thermostat has significantly slowed. Could you please provide technical support to address and resolve these issues to prevent them from recurring? Thank you.
