my issue is the same as many others . the heat link is dead no light on wont reset after 10 or 20 seconds or by powering down. It is only 3 months out of warranty. I am reading below that you will not supply just the heat link
and have to purchase the full unit. is this correct? please advise

Hi. I am sorry to hear your facing this behavior from your device and am here to assist and see what we can do.
First, which Google Nest thermostat do you have at the location, the Google Nest Learning 3rd generation or the Google Nest E learning one? If you're not sure you can check out this link: https://bit.ly/3nvBy9l .
If you have not already make sure to check any breakers or switches at the location to make sure nothing has tripped. Make sure to also check the boiler as it can sometimes have a separate breaker or switch that may be connected with the Heat Link.
If it all looks good try and turn the power off to the Heat Link for a few minutes, if you are comfortable in doing so, and see if it has any reaction when you turn the power back on and press the button on it.
