Just went thru a long power outage & power just came back on. Nest cams reconnected to WiFi but not Nest Thermostats. Not at home yet & trying to see if I can reconnect thermostats away from home?
I've linked a help centre article below that will help you troubleshoot this. Do let us know what happens when you try these steps? You will need to be physically with the thermostat to go through these troubleshooting steps I'm afraid.
