heating not working

i installed my nest thermostat e and now my heating isn’t working, i have had the thermostat set to 32°c and the pipes to the radiators and the radiators itself are cold, the boiler is on, the heat link and thermostat are linked and working fine, however i have no heating and have twins who are two and one with a heart condition, please help
