iPhone not connecting

Have just changed my iPhone from a 6S to a iPhone 11. Can’t now connect to my thermostat.  It still connects on my old phone. Any suggestions?  John.

Thanks for posting and sorry for the delayed response.

Are you trying to redo the setup of your Nest thermostat on your iPhone 11? If yes, there's no need as our device requires a one-time setup only as long as there's no change made on your thermostat or your Wi-Fi network. 

All you need to do on your iPhone 11 is download the Nest app and sign in to the same email address you're using on your Nest app on your iPhone 6S. You should see and control your thermostat there.
