To troubleshoot effectively, please answer the following questions:
- Do you see any error code on the thermostat?
- When was the thermostat installed?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
In the meantime, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Remove the thermostat from the base.
- On the back part of the thermostat, you will find a USB port to charge the thermostat display.
- Plug the thermostat’s display into a power outlet and leave it plugged in.
- Charge about an hour. You can check this link.
