learning therm gen 3 network not connecting!!

I have been use get 3 for almost a yr. 2 days ago it shows low power, so I toke it down to charged it with usb this morning. From 8am till 2pm today the light still blink but its green light. In the morning it was yellow. put it back on the network not connect and no lower battery icon either. I went all the troubleshoot. restart  the gen 3, restart my wifi. even I reset the gen3. NOTHING works !!! I NEED HELP     T.T

Your prior troubleshooting efforts to engage with our community are much appreciated. I know that the Nest Thermostat has been charged. To provide you a better resolution, I need to know a few details about your thermostat.

 

  • Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
  • When did the issue first occur?
  • When was the thermostat installed?
  • "What is the make and model of your HVAC equipment?
  • How long did you charge the thermostat with a USB cable?
  • Do you see a blinking LED light? If so, is it red or green?
  • Is your thermostat still offline? 

 

Any more information you can give will be useful, and I'll be waiting for your reply.
