My learning Nest has suddenly stopped displaying temperature, or anything on the display screen.  The app is working and displays the information and also allows me the adjust the temperature. But on a faint bright illumination is present on the thermostat screen.  It has worked great for the last 2 months.  This issue has been this way for over 2 hours.

Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about what's happening.

Have you tried removing the Google Nest thermostat from the base? Try to press the display and see if there's any changes. You could also plug it in using a USB and see if the screen will light up.

Thanks for your reply but I had already tried all of your suggestions.  Still no display.  Currently trying to get Google to honor the warranty.
