I already did all the troubleshooting about connecting and offline connections. I’m trying to find a phone number for customer service and it’s disconnected. Anyone know how to contact or even replace my nest. Unfortunately I -purchased mine at Home Depot and policy return only 90 days. It’s been six months and we are having trouble ever since with this nest.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. Connection interference could cause your thermostat to go offline such as: cordless phones, bluetooth devices, baby monitors, and other Wi-Fi devices.
A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Also, do you see any messages or code on your thermostat or in the app? Were there any instances that your thermostat shows low power? How far away is your thermostat from the router?
