I have installed the thermostat.. uploaded the app. started the process then all of a sudden it asked me to login to nest and it won't work.. keeps giving me error message that says my email or password is incorrect... I have 2 emails and have tried both to reset password but never have received an email link to do that and have tried multiple times for both emails... can't do anything else until I can login???? what to do??

I have the exact same problem trying to login to my basic Nest account. Login doesn't work. Email doesn't work and Google never sent me the password reset.

Add me to the list of can't log in to my account. I'm about ready to remove the thermostats and try a different brand. What do I do now?

I started to migrate to Google home and wanted asked me to log in. I didn't have the password. I tried to reset and got no email and now I can't log into nest either.
