nest drops temp automaticly at 10 pm??

Have you programmed a schedule that you want the Nest to follow?  Even if you didn't, there may be a default schedule that the Nest is cooling to.  Look at the schedule and see if there's a set point at 10pm.  You can change all of the set points and their temperatures.

(I'm sorry if this answer is much too elementary; your post is so short that I can't tell what you've already tried.)
