I have placed a warranty claim. Replacement was sent. It came defective. Second claim set, replacement sent and again defective. Third claim set again another replacement set and it arrive defective one more time
Im very upset with the replacement equipment received No quality control.
All step by step were follow, pictures sent video sent. Case upscaled to service no response after 48 hours
I'm claiming a new replacement they refused. They said only return repairs thermostat but it is unveliavableb it happen.
I bought a new one 250$ to solve until google people be able to send me a replacement that works.
