nest thermostat will not display cooling icon

the cooling icon will not display on the Nest Thermostat.  Only heat shows up  What do I do?

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

@Mistysdad, the cooling wire might not be properly connected. Please make sure that the wire is inserted into the Y/Y1 terminal and the tab is pushed down. Once inspected, restart your thermostat to refresh.
