This is so frustrating and I’ve tried the router over and over again. It won’t find any WiFi networks on my nest upstairs while my downstairs nest is running perfectly normal. The family is mad that I keep disconnecting the router and nothing is working. Now that I’ve reset the nest upstairs I also cannot get a “key” to be able to reestablish it in the app.
I’m kind of wondering why no one from Google has responded. It’s now been another 24 hours. My Nest still doesn’t find any networks. Not even when I type in my hotspot or my home wifi name. It doesn’t make any sense. My downstairs Nest is operating fine on wifi. Both were purchased and installed less than 2 years ago. This is not ok. I need resolution.
@Towanda it seems no one will help us here. Google has set this up so poor souls like you and I can try to get an answer from other users of their product. It seems no one from Google monitors these message boards to respond and I haven’t been able to find any customer service phone number or email address either. My nest upstairs never returned to functioning through wifi while my downstairs nest continues to work fine that way. I manually have to change the temperature on the one upstairs ever since my first post here in this chat. I believe this community forum is simply that, a forum where other average people can maybe help you but it is not a Google help desk or anything.
